The venue is Makuhari Messe, Halls 1–6, at 2-1 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City. The organizer says the hours and halls are subject to change. Do not build a tight rail or flight connection around the currently published closing time.

The convention includes corporate exhibits, movie props, technology experiences, stage programs, cosplay, merchandise and Artist Alley. That variety matters: admission can still have value even if one guest session changes.

Choose the right admission ticket first

Admission is the base layer. As of the last check, the official page lists these 2026 prices, including tax:

The official page says elementary-school-age children and younger can enter free when accompanied by a parent or guardian; unaccompanied entry is not permitted. Proof of age may be requested for youth tickets.

Three-day passes and advance one-day tickets went on sale on July 27, 2026. The organizer lists official agencies on its ticket page. The advance one-day admission section says tickets are electronic; tickets sold at the venue are issued on paper. The organizer may restrict or cancel same-day sales depending on advance demand, so an on-the-day purchase is not a dependable Plan A.

One day or three days?

Choose a one-day ticket if your priority is one announced program and you would not enjoy repeating the floor. Choose the three-day pass when the floor, stage and creator areas justify multiple visits independently of a single guest. The pass is cheaper than three adult advance one-day tickets, but it may not be good value for a single visit.

One-day admission is date-specific. The official terms say you cannot switch dates for personal reasons after purchase. Re-entry is permitted on the valid day; the three-day pass permits re-entry during the event period.

Admission does not include celebrity photos or autographs

This is the most important ticket distinction. A normal admission ticket gets you into the venue. It does not include a celebrity photo session or autograph session.

For a guest activity, you need:

1. admission valid for that date; and
2. the separate photo-session or autograph-session ticket for the guest and time you want.

Buy the relevant session ticket. The organizer's English wording can sound as if both photo and autograph tickets are required, but its ticket descriptions treat them as separate activities. Check the exact product name, guest, date and time before payment.

As of August 19, the official ticket page lists Nicolas Cage and Giancarlo Esposito, but their session prices and times are still marked COMING SOON. Names, dates, session times and availability can change. A guest announcement is not proof that your preferred paid session is on sale.

Ticket decision steps

1. Open the organizer's ticket page, not a resale listing.
2. Confirm the guest is listed for your admission date.
3. Check whether you are buying a photo or an autograph; they are different products.
4. Confirm the session time does not overlap another paid booking.
5. Keep your admission in the format required by the seller. When guest-session sales open, follow that product's delivery and entry instructions, and carry enough phone battery for any electronic ticket.
6. Recheck the official page before leaving for Makuhari.

Do not treat a celebrity ticket as admission. Do not buy transport or a non-refundable hotel solely because a guest was announced.

Cosplay adds another rule layer

The official cosplay page says a cosplay participation pass is required if you cosplay at the event. Buying it in advance is the safer plan. Same-day purchase is conditional on remaining allocation; if the advance allocation sells out, there may be no same-day sale. The ticket page also notes that cloaks and capes may count as cosplay.
