Five questions for any “private car tour”
- Who is the actual passenger-transport company?
- Is the vehicle operating as a licensed taxi or hire car?
- Is the person meeting you a driver, guide, or both?
- Are tolls, parking, waiting, overtime and child seats included?
- Who handles disruption, accident support and refunds?
If the seller cannot answer clearly, a guide-led day on public transport is easier to verify. Add a licensed taxi only for the difficult segment.

No. Guiding and passenger transport are different roles. Verify both the guide language and the licensed transport arrangement.

Should I pay per person or per group?
Compare the final total for your actual group, including admissions, meals, transport, overtime and fees.
Can I choose my Tokyo guide?

Is a private car necessary?
